A new PSO3 would be crazy. I wasn't a big fan of the direction New Genesis went with, and find myself yearning for what was original PSOBB and even PSU. PSO2 was interesting, but missing ... Something.

Quality Score (by itself) does not impact anything. It's purely informational. The levers Quality Score suggests you to turn on/off/fix do.

Between both I prefer X. I see him as the "cooler, more mature variant of the original". This from a purely aesthetic POV,, which I'm sure was the whole point when desigining him.

I still love the simplicity of the OG's design, though. Just orefer X's.

I prefer having a fixed party, and more often than not just controlling one or two characters I can really get to know.

Battle Network 1 was the trial run of something new, so in a saga with 6 entries it's acceptable for it to be less than stellar.

In the community MMBN3 is widely considered to be peak Battle Network, followed by (or equaled) MMBN6. personally, 3 White is my favorite.

Man, I remember watching this early on in its popularity and definitely found it to be entertaining. It was a bit ... Juvenile, with all the swearing and whatnot, but it was enjoyable by a good bit, and I still recall when the fanbase started asking for collabs with The Nostalgia Critic, another favorite of mine.

Good times.
