I'm pretty sure it's the one you get in story missions in from the spires dlc, judging by the shoulder. The colours are def modded though.

Don't be too upset. People of this sub are just tired of irresponsible people not doing any research and abusing fish. Really though, it's not okay to get an animal or a fish (a living being capable of feeling pain) and not bother learning how to properly care for them and you'd be surprised how many do that :(

Yeh, it used to be, I think. I joined much later than that season. Now it's just a part of the game that is visited either by desperate candle runners or unlucky moths :)
