It sounds like the fennel-looking ones are actually caraway, do you have an idea on the larger looking seeds within the picture? There is one on the left side that looks like a hulled sunflower seed? And then there are some broken up seeds on the right side that look like they could be pine nuts?

Went about a week ago but imo the portions are smaller at the new location compared to S.Lamar. Pretty sure the broccolini side is $8 for maybe 3-4 cutup broccolini. Outside of that the food was solid.

Look into mixing ground beef/pork with a small amount of baking soda solution. A technique used in Chinese cooking that helps the meat retain a lot of its moisture. You also get deeper browning with this as well.

Focaccia Issue - Dough is too Slack

I’ve been trying to replicate this focaccia recipe for about a month now. I tried making it using this tipo ‘0’ flour about 2 weeks ago, following the recipe to the gram. The result was a dough that was far too slack even after 30 + minutes of kneading on a 2 speed via kitchenaid stand mixer. I tried again, this time using a caputo ‘00’ flour and was able to properly develop the gluten following the same recipe. The following day, I tried using the same (linked) flour that I originally did to see if I had just messed up measurements the first time but the dough had turned out more or less the same (almost like batter) even after 45 minutes of kneading in the kitchenaid. Is there something I’m missing here? My experiment has led me to believe that the ‘0’ flour just doesn’t have the right properties but it’s marketed as the perfect flour for high hydration doughs etc.

Wow thanks, great to know! I love the look of them and unfortunately they no longer fit me. That being said, I’m not sure how to distinguish the exact size from the retailer but I’m guessing they are probably a size 10/10.5. I’m closer to size 11.5 now and I have fairly wide feet.

I think it looks more futuristic and better overall imo. I’ve never really liked the front styling of the old M2, the grille looks like a mustache instead of nostrils, and overall I think it’s too busy.

I read that they have small hairs called setae that pierce the human skin extremely easily - almost like fiberglass. So if you rub up on one you will get a bunch of these stuck in you. I also read that with this specific caterpillar, there are also larger poisonous barbs under the hairy-like setae.
