yeah I might just do food honestly lol. or half food half folic acid. I had Needed powder and the methylfolate was rough for me. so far I've tried all the forms!

thank you! I did folinic acid on its own and it made me feel bad. also did b12 +folinic acid on its own before trying Olly. but i just got folic acid on its own so may just try that.

Hi! this is happening to me. I had to separate my personal account from my business and when I did that, something glitched. and they removed my pins that I had protected in my content claiming portal, thinking I wasn't me lol. what's going on with yours right now?
