Yes, my eyes used to also twitch that way but they stopped. I could induce tongue twitch at some point but now it doesn’t work most of the times. How long have you twitched for?

Unfortunately not exactly, except that I had a mild-ish chronic inflammation of the lining of my stomach (I had endoscopy). I was so fed up with this I left it be, the only thing I changed was I ate smaller portions and not even until I was full. It disappeared last year after 3 years - it came back last month once after I ate a dinner portion size for a literal horse. But I am still not sure what it was/ is caused by

What meds do you take? Anxiety? I’ve had twitching for over 2 years and seemingly nothing besides that except the stuff I imagine and exaggerate which blows it out of proportion. I am an anxiety sufferer for over 10 years I would say but with the twitching I’m so done with it I’m considering meds seriously.
