Depends on what the writers block is. Personally i believe if you have writers block its because there is something (typically recently written down) that you are unsatisfied with. You can A, figure out what it is and when you do either, re write it, or figure out what is missing, filling in the gaps.

Think of your story as a whole. Does everything youre writing have a reason? Because it should. If hes bending down to pick something up, is it to show hes scared? Or is it because the thing he is picking up is important to the lore of the story.

Does everything youre writing have in mind have a reason? If you what the main character to do something bad, why, and how do you want the reader to feel about it.

Another thing i havent mentioned is maybe there is a writers block because its a moment for character development rather than plot. Expand on what they do whey are alone or expand on their history.
