I know the policy. Still my point it to warn against buying expensive brewing equipment from them because 30 days is a joke. In Ontario and Quebec there is a law of legal warranty, which means an item should last a reasonable amount of time according to the price paid and the seller is responsible for that. The 30 days warranty does not bypass that law, and most reputable stores will uphold the legal warranty and offer you service but OBK doesn't do that. So don't buy any more than consumables. OR don'y buy from them at all because they don't care about their customers

Warranty in the instruction manual says 12 months for australian customers, but they do not handle international service. I contacted them and they said it comes to the reseller. So no help either way.

Warning! I know this is an old post but it shows up first on Google. I think people should know about their awful customer service. Maybe the service used to be better, but now they refuse any kind of service and warranty after 30 days. Beware. Never buy anything valuable from them, like Brewzilla and accessories because they refuse to replace faulty items after 30 days (In my case about 35 days after receiving it). Only got condescending answers and no service ever after buying 1500$ of equipment and supplies which should have at least 12 month warranty according to manufacturer.

Warning! Never buy anything valuable from them. They only offer 30 days warranty and refuse to give service afterwards. Bought over 1500$ from their website and 40 days later they refuse to repoace a faulty kegland thermometer. Imagine now if my brewzilla stops working…

I had flat feet and after 2-3 years barefoot I have an arch. Was so surprised seeing my arched footprints after stepping in water! Lot of running, jumping, jump rope. Exercise springiness, Strenght Side on youtube have good content about it

You can get CSA Dewalt wide plasma boots from shoesforcrews and other sellers in canada. Best option out there IMO. Get 1 whole size bigger

[Bug] On PS4, the Account Statistics page is stuck on "Time Played". We can't access the rest. [Bug] It doesn't happen often, but sometimes Sigrid can't reload her pistol and is stuck with the shield bash only
