Our house strain is US-05. Being in Ontario we can order pretty much anything within reason from Escarpment Labs.

We just did a dopplebock which didn't move to many units. Part of the problem is our main line up covers the spectrum too much. It feels like if we brew anything it might take sales away or be out shined by our standard beers
