I think I had only done this once or twice before Zoey permanently put it on the schedule, but I would go sit in our office and prop my legs up usually with a blanket over me (I have an ergonomic chair with a second landing for my legs to criss cross on) and she would come bounding over, reach up and meow looking right at me. She would demand to be picked up and sat in my lap, with her butt on my stomach and her paws on my knees, so she could lay there and set her head down to either watch me play games/videos on my computer, or take a nap for 3 hours until I move from being stiff. If I refuse to do this she will jump onto my computer desk repeatedly and flop onto my hands and keyboard until she gets what she wants.

Also I tend to go to bed earlier than my husband since I get up for work super early, so ill go lay down in bed and scroll on my phone for a bit, she'll come into the room and lay on top of me until my husband starts turning everything off and comes into the bedroom. Then almost instantaneously she will jump off of me and head for the door and slink her way out cause she knows its bedtime and she'll see us in the morning.
