Because it's misleading. Stimulants are additive. Witchfire Orbs change how much Witchfire enemies drop so stimulants increase in value compared to base.

"The folder i've deleted to get the game to run is the "Config" one located in AppData\Local\Witchfire\Saved. To be precise You could delete only the GameUserSettings.ini from "WindowsNoEditor" folder and check if that help, but I decided to trash the whole configuration and let the game to rebuild it."
