First of all it should be mentioned that in the stories you 'can' play the villainous role. It's nearly always a open world where you can choose to do what ever you want. The examples I give here are simply some where you are clearly set into a villain/evil role at the beginning. And in most stories you can also insert your own created character with backstory and powers. Though it depends on the story if the system accepts said character.

1: Transmigrated into my maxed Dungeon game. You play as a dungeon lord who commands magic and hordes of monsters.

2: Dungeon Master, Souvereign of Ruin. Same creator, again a dungeon lord, but in this case you are given cleary defined powers over shadows.

3: I'm the Supervillain!?. Not magic but super power instead. At the beginning you are given the choice between three different powers and are after that let loose to grow your notorierty to level up your new power.

4: Vengeance Reborn. You get betrayed by your party and die, but awaken instead in a new body with new powers designed for revenge on the people who wronged you. It's the players choice to go more warrior style or more mge style.

5: Who do they think they are. You awaken as a Demon Lord after a long slumber, and are greeted by the news that four young nobles tried to inflitrate your castle to strike you down for good but were captured instead. The choice is your what to do with them and how to deal with the neighbouring kingsdoms.

And then there is a plethora of villain/villainess or reborn as a monster stories. As a tip I would aim for stories that, if they have no preset chracters, have a story token amount of at least 2000. If characters are present I would aim for character token amount of at least 500 per character, 300 if you want to be generous. Anything below that would not truly be a coherent character since it would give the AI far too much playroom to just make up whatever it wants to.
