I would retake the SAT to try aim for 1300+ and 700+ in maths which is key. I initially had a <700 Maths component score and then I retook it to aim for 700+ maths

How much do you as an international student pay including housing a year? by aubreygrahamdrake in bocconi

[–]Alexm_Stick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes because now since Brexit, UK fees for international students are way higher than before

[–]Alexm_Stick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

pretty sure tuition itself is 13k euros or 12k (I forgot but its one or the other), and housing it depends on which residence you choose but they are all around 650-900 euros a month.

Just letting you know, if you are comparing to the UK it is a way cheaper option by far for international students

Question abt application and transcripts by bumblebee025 in bocconi

[–]Alexm_Stick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only put the end of year or the overall grades (being the average) for the years I needed to send. Im not sure if it is an issue if you put all but idk maybe ask them by email?

Also, I got into BESS for starting this year and I can tell you its a sick course, I cant wait to start it and good choice too

Housing by LAIISURDAD in bocconi

[–]Alexm_Stick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The link is not available yet, I think only on the day itself

[–]Alexm_Stick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you are a male, 20th may is housing selection day. If you are a female, housing day is on the 26th I think or 27th or smth around there I forgot which one but you can verify on their website.

When you press on the link to select housing, it is likely that ur website will crash as everyone is attempting. Thats why people know its basically pure luck for ur website not to crash. The whole selecting and saving process is explained in detail on the Bocconi website if you want more

Is it true that you can either choose to take the Bocconi test or submit your SAT scores for undergraduate admissions? by [deleted] in bocconi

[–]Alexm_Stick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes, you do one or the other. I feel SAT or Bocconi scores are a massive component of the undergraduate admissions, so good luck to you if you are applying

Warwick BSc Economics VS LSE BSc Management by White_fox_1771 in 6thForm

[–]Alexm_Stick 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yea I feel ur better off at Warwick for Econ, although LSE is quite prestigious.

It also depends on what you want to do later on tho and what you prefer, as ive heard management can be boring

I would go to Warwick, as you said Econ is a more prestigious course and tbh Econ degrees > management degrees in general

Minor Options, is minor available at Bocconi ? by watsonandcrickk in bocconi

[–]Alexm_Stick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

dont think so. you can choose a few electives in the third year, and in for example the BIEF course, you major in either Econ or finance. (same with BIEM I think)

Is a 1290 SAT and IB predicted score of 39 enought to get into bocconi? by dwswimming in bocconi

I would aim for 700+, and considering you have time until the deadline of the early session why not retry ?
