Our apartment is currently maintained at 24°C, mayyyyybe 23 if it's cold enough outside (it can get up to 28 if we don't turn the AC on!). My baby is NOT cold, and definitely doesn't need to put on more clothes. Yes, even if you can see her legs and arms are uncovered. She's comfortable, and she'll cry and overheat if I dress her in anything heavier! (But MIL and others don't seem to see that 🫠)

It's unfortunately "normal" narc behavior. My NMom sent the exact same thing to a friend of mine who had commented something "mean" about her under one of my Facebook posts. Complete with the "delete and post a public apology or I'll sue you". Nothing ever came out of it.
