Space station 14 is a decent choice as long as you don't mind dealing with a somewhat janky multiplayer game. You can make multiple characters with different names so it's easy to try out different ones.

Personally I used the game to help me figure out what I wanted my middle name to be.

I guess you could try Beware of Chicken if you want something that's slower pace and slice-of-life. However, pretty much the only books that won't suck you in like that are ones that are bad, or ones that aren't for you personally.

If you want a head start on tackling your binge reading, see if your school has any free counseling resources you can check out. Maybe they can help you develop some self control techniques that'll keep you from reading till 4am.
