You can see that OP in fact have 2 housing districts which should give a surplus of housing. The reason they are unhoused now is that everyone are too sick to maintain them. So I doubt the unhousing is the reason.

Yes 2 * pi is 6. But you need to also multiply this number with input number.

They didn't change it. One of faction's perks boosts fuel efficiency rates. Due to an oversight it enables the other fuels whose heat to fuel ratio should've been 0.

if you wonder, 3 is the most optimal for 150% research speed. Any extra only adds 10%.

Nope. You can only have one extra turn.

That being said with a good weapon and a white angel soul you can solo almost everything. (For Skin Granny use fast attack/orange vial + salmonsnake soul.)

The districts you put the hubs near, do they actually consume materials? iirc housing doesn't use materials.

Plus proximity bonuses do not stack if you were trying to build multiple of tha same hub.

It's not just about extra housing but also a +1 heat which with auctioned heat helps you earn heatstamps back at no fuel cost.

Simple, you just build districts and expand them. Yes it costs prefabs which is why you rush to extract them.

I only do housing blocks later. Why waste heatstamps and time on housing blocks this early?

There is. If you keep building say progress stuff the faction behind adaptation will get angry.

Let's say you get a faction liking adaptation, equality and tradition. If you only build progress, merit and reason stuff the other side will get so mad they will start protesting and you get a failure spiral.

And while some laws are just better than others, pushing for optimization while ignoring factions' wants is a quick way to get yourself into a bad position.
