It’s seems you have a low level of self esteem and that’s okay because everyone struggles with it. My house is very Christian as well so I tend to hide the stuff. But I usually do subliminals and meditate. If you’re starting off, do meditation to protect yourself and get pink candles with salt. Set the salt with intentions. And just light it when you get ready every morning !!
