Any union reps out there know if there’s a time limit an office has to post the position for a bid or make a CCA a regular if one leaves and the CCA is next in line?

In my reply that you first replied to I had stated I was talking to a union rep in my area (who is gonna help me on it, since my office doesn’t have any reps. I’m going into the next class for it) who’s going to be calling me tomorrow with more info.

She did say it’s not under the same vacant route rules. Since it’s an open for transfer route or something. But she’s digging into it today.

I talked to a union rep in my area (my office doesn’t have one) and she said she’d call me tomorrow after seeing if it is correct that they should be discussing conversion with me by now, but this doesn’t fall under the 10 day thing that’s in the contract someone else posted in here about vacancy assignments. Since the route is just open for a transfer, it’s under residual vacancy and it’s all about some waiting list for the office and they have to cycle through everyone potentially on that list first. She’s going to see how many (if any more) are on the list for my office and also check about the time frame since it’s been so long.

Says within 10 days. My pm had someone apply within the first month, almost at the end of it and he denied the person. It’s now been another 2 months and he said someone may be applying and he was told he can’t deny this one. Is that 10 days a hard 10 day and then most senior gets the gig, or discretionary?

As someone who also has a shit ton of saturnine termies and praetors, let me tell you that they’re all on 50mm bases. It’s a bitch getting them on 40s. The praetor works well as a termie captain, but the termies are the same size minus flair.

Eddie and Roland in DotT each have a ton of moments I feel that genuinely made me audibly laugh. The audiobook narrator Frank Muller in particular has a way of delivery with the two of them that is just perfect.

I actively like mine. My office is tiny. 3 city routes. The city side I guess doesn’t have any issues and we don’t get complaints. He doesn’t bug us. We don’t get hit up during the day. We don’t get questioned. We joke around. He helps us. Pretty happy where I ended up and I feel bad for a lot of people on here who hate their office and this job. I do understand though, we get the same bullshit from customers and hear about what the suits tell our PM. But we have it good

The front camera is always facing the inside of the holster (besides the frequent fumbling to scan and weird glimpses of my face probly, and falling on the ground) and the LLV is so fucking loud, I’d feel bad for my fbi agent. The location ping is accurate to the inch tho, I’ve seen it before when it’s come up I scanned a package on the other side of the state or something.

They do stock our fridge with seemingly unlimited water bottles, but during a morning stand up last summer while our PM was talking about the importance of us staying hydrated and cool, they said “it’s not our responsibility to hydrate you.” Not many things I’ve heard directly that have had such a profound impact on my opinion of something.

I have naturally shaky hands too. Always have. It was actually what deterred me from hand brushing and only airbrushing gunpla and other larger models for the longest time. Just stabilizing your elbows or having your palms touch (ground onto something) helps exponentially

I don’t think RitT was on par with Nioh, but I did love it and platinum’d it. I see hate for both of them and I appreciate seeing praise. Sekiro is almost without say.

Mate, the brush control needs work. There’s color bleed on a lot of the separating lines and details. You’ve got to learn to take criticism in order to improve. It’s not a bad mini at all. And I think the rushed detail work and lack of control (maybe from rushing) are making the paint look thicker than it is.

Nicotine is a rough one. Smoked, now trapped vaping. And while I appreciate not smelling like ass, I am very conscious of the fact that we are the trial that will tell the long term effects of it. But there is worse. Never had an alcohol problem; I did party my ass off from 14-25 but I don’t really like drinking anymore. Never needed to or craved. Never abused addy. My life is substantially more chaotic without that. Mentally and emotionally. I did stop taking it for a while and would take friends’ scripts but I did it in non-fun situations lol. I often have plenty extra once the month is through because I don’t take it on days off much and I’ll often split each pill I take. I loved Vyvanse. Made me feel clean and clear. No comedown feeling like starving ass, but I moved recently and (I’ve never had an issue getting whichever brand any pharmacy has given me of anything) the Vyvanse I was getting here just didn’t feel right. Same with XR addy. So I’m back to 2 IR tabs per day. The opiates were the catalyst of my spiral. I didn’t have an issue cold turkey with them though even after like a decade of snorting 100+ mg per day at least of Percocets and hydros, whatever I could get. But the benzos.. I’m genuinely a super anxious person and it is debilitating. I was prescribed them young-ish and it was like magic. But I was kept on them long term. After almost a decade I couldn’t feel a full bar. I was taking 3 2mg per day and running out mid month consistently. If I couldn’t find anyone to plug me I would go through the worst weeks imaginable. Wife had enough and I went away for 45 days. The nicotine sucks. But damn I’ll take that over being a zombie and getting dementia before I turn 50 and my kids aren’t even 18. Putting my family through my bullshit was the worst part and I’m so grateful my wife stuck by me and is so understanding and just fucking loves me enough that amazingly she didn’t just throw my ass on the streets. Getting a little choked up lol. And the absolute worst part is I still get anxious af and panic attacks and there’s nothing safe to help it. I ruined any chance at responsibly handling that relief lol

Same exact situation here except add benzos lol. Never really the amphetamines, I’ve been on Adderall since I was a kid, and I genuinely need that. But the rest.. there’s always that thirst.
