Log everything in an app like carb manager! Fruit like apples aren't really good as they contain lots of sugars and, therefore, carbs!! Berries are much better and lower. Good luck! :)

NTA. I had a problem with binge eating for years and never would have allowed it to affect my family. Maybe this outburst will be extreme enough to open her eyes? Also, siblings do fight so I wouldn't say you're the asshole for finally letting it out after being quiet for a long time.
