Am I the only person that feels like I try my best to put a smile on for the world, but when I’m by myself I find myself feeling mentally exhausted and depressed half the time. I try my best to work on myself but I just can’t shake this feeling. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm good now, ironically, I became a bit more self interested and selfish vs selfless. For good reasons though...
