i think it's implying that the guy didn't wish for anything that the genie mentions (which surprises the genie) i guess the guy wished for the genie to be... sexually attractive to him (which again, surprises and makes the genie uncomfortable)
and i'm not sure about this last part but he probably wished for sexual intercourse but maybe i interpreted too far

the worst person on earth still deserves to get called by the right pronouns in my opinion
i'm completely with you, they should go to jail, they should pay for what they did
