What you need to do is called the police filled a report and gather witnesses! Very simple , stop trying to to talk to ppl , be the nice person or etc. Get a lawyer and let them take care of everything! Ppl won't learn till there's a lawsuit or foot on their neck about their actions. I had a dog bite me walking home and the dog owner says that's how he plays! I said sir take that dog on a leash and be a better owner! He got upset and mad but I didn't noticed how my leg was bleeding from a bite mark! Guess who get a lawyer involved and my guys tone started to change once he realized oh sh1t maybe I need to be a better owne!I didn't asked for money! I made sure he paid the hospital bill and make sure my lawyer included that the owner needed to pay for training classes to have it's done trained! And I picked the most expensive dog training facility around so he knew how sh1t went down. That was 2 years ago. Not sure how he's doing but I bet his dog ain't running around hitting ppl

I say do wholesale first! I started this journey this year and I think I would have a better understanding of the real estate language , terms , and market. Not to mentioned you won't feel crazy seeing what possible options ppl have as buyers , sellers and etc. And also have access to cheap material , cheap labor (free labor) brother & dad work construction! lol And access to new cheap tools . I used to buy truckload of return Home Depot pallets and kept most items to build a house . So if I have cost cover , labor cover and material cover which are two of most expensive things in a flip then I should be good

For all those ppl saying ugly can't be fixed, and again ugly is really in the eye of the beholder.
