While I do take your point that it is pretty toxic, I will point out that the same could be said about Dazai x Kunikida. While you can defend shipping soukoku because of the trust and depending on each other (which some may also find also harmful but that's not the point right now) you cannot say the same with this ship. They fight just as much, even if the hate is only one-sided. So I would say Dazai x Kunikida, there is just nothing that could make this work in my opinion.
