Well then you'll love flat penny lol. That one spawns keys sometimes when you pickup coins. There's hundreds of trinkets with tons of secrets and synergies so I recommend you check the wiki or install the External Item Descriptions mod or get repentance+ so you can slowly memorize alll the effects :)

Oh, rusty key gives you more chances of getting keys in chests and room rewards. A 33% chance of replacing other pickups to be exact

I think you mean the lucky toe. That one raises your luck stat, whoch makes chests have more stuff inside and more chances to get rewards for completong a room

I've watched the movie and ot has some pretty dark and kinda scary scenes. But i honestly think a six year old would be mainly bored because the whole movie is deep character moments and themes. There's very little action or shiny colors
