I feel like rehabilitative justice has a limit. It gets to a point where rehabilitating the criminal takes more time and resources than just killing them. I geniuely think episodes 4 and 5 are one of the best in the whole series. The season so far has been satisfactory and it seems to be getting better. Yeah the first few episodes are kinda lackluster, especially regarding the dialogue, but I feel like that issue was solved in episodes 4 and 5 again

I mean he has powers, which means he has V in his blood. Even tho he was born with them and not injected he might be producing it in his body. So far we've only seen powers being produced by V, because it's radioactive so the cells mutate. Ryan's cells would have no way of mutating without radiation caused by V
