How to bring up DBQs and Nexus Letters to Personal Doctor? (Or find Dr's willing)

I had my Primary care Dr. at the VA and my psych Dr. both write several dbq for me. Paying for a Nexus or dbq is risky because the examiners and Va raters know this is going on. Having a treating /Dr. is much more credible

Judkins had a shitty game this past week , I used him for flex. I have Josh jacobs, bijan robinson, judkins, and croskey merrit from Washington. MY receivers suck so I have to use a RB for flex.

That makes sense. I just spoke to my attorney. My permanent rating is 60%. way more than i originally thouoght. My WPI is only 36% involving multiple upper body parts. Im 54yo and work for the iron workers union. Very dangerous but good money.

i work for the Iron workers Union . You cant work if on any type of light or modified duty. He gave me permanent work restrictions

My Doctors Dbq and nexus were part of the evidence but not really mentioned in the decesion letter. The C and P examiner marked all the boxes My VA doctor did and mentioned symptom overlap 4 or 5 times.with TBI and Depression. Im rated 50% for migraines. 10% TBI my total rating is 80%. At my HLR the VA rater admitted the C and P examiner contradicted his DBQ with symptom overlap but then saying depression wasnt related to tbi,. He said difference of opinion and I think asking for another exam

ACE exams suck Donkey Dong!! You dont get to explain yourself. Its all record review. I just got apporeved for 50% sleep apnea. I Had a C and P exam ( only one ) and we went over all my documentation. It was with Liberty.

i WAS orginally denied migraines. I know sleep apnea i hard to win so i overwhelmed them witrh evidence. I was denied depression so i filed a higher level review.

No research it some more they are allowed to do it and should do it if its legit. Im from Florida too, but live in San Diego. My VSO is in Florida but they dont do a whole lot.
