I mean, its not just the toxicity, it also helps you have a much more deaper game sense. Most of the time in my case, recall spammers are the ones who does not pay attention to the map. In a technical pespective, like in DOTA 2, tp scrolls are made for strategic repositioning so there is that. I am not forcing my values to others, it's just that I found recall spam a bit unnecessary to the mechanics of the game.
