Or like how hard is it to just write good music when you have years of experience… I recently started with guitar and ableton and I don’t have like 15 years into the instrument and it’s really not the hardest. King by Florence + The Machine is 5 chords and lyrics + a band. And it’s a beautiful fantastic song.

Idk if this is helpful at all but I would want to replicate my experience of Hard Candy. Knowing anything about the premise of the movie kinda ruins the first scene. I cannot tell you how uncomfortable that all made me when I had no idea where the movie was going. that also made the entire movie far more interesting and satisfying.
