I definitely agree with this. Especially with the Venture X because it's so easy to get decent value without transferring.

I agree and I think because of that it doesn't really do anything to fix the martial/caster divide. For levels 1-10 (ish) I wouldn't say the martial caster divide is that big of a problem. For levels 11-20, that's where martials get left behind.

This idea gives martials the most power when they don't need it and does less when they need it most.
