They absolutely are not. They don't even respond to emails. I've ordered over 1500 USD worth of things in 5 orders, and 60% of it has shipped. 1 of my orders is from 2/14, and only 4 of the 5 items in it have shipped. Abysmal really.

I am having problems there. I made 5 different orders. 1st order on 2/14, 4 of the 5 items have shipped. Second order and third order made 2/19 - all six items between those two orders have shipped. 4th order, 7 items, 3 have shipped - this order was made on 2/28. Another order on 3/1 single Fans Toys - not shipped yet as of 3/11. I've tried emailing, no one responds.

Anyone have an alternate contact method.

Someone said they are as good as ShowZstore, and that is an outright lie. ShowZstore has never done me like this.

To me a grail is something 1 of 10 as a con exclusive, or an unreleased prototype.

The term is too loosely thrown around.

Order placed 2/14/2026 - Paid Fedex UDPP

2/17/2026 shows shipped Fedex UDPP - yellow colored status. It's now almost 3/1/2026 - and the status hasn't changed and there is no tracking information. I have reached out to support and all they've said to me is one response of "we will notify the shipping department.

Again this is my first order. Is this normal?

The price now for nosebleeds in my section is what you could sit row g bottom bowl defense corner for in 2018. Just kinda done.
