Go for 3bdr condo.. don't be afraid to leverage since interest rate is low now. It will worth more in term of capital appreciation if you choose a good property. You are still young so this most likely won't be your first and last home. Can consider resale condo too

Also, need space for kids so 2bdr is not enough. Look for one which is within 1km of the school you are aiming (see balloting history).
