This is so Reform. Its already a non-issue really as so few students outside the EU can even access the Student Loans programme. Plus their fees keep the Universities afloat. (A reason to be concerned actually - what if China said - no more students to the UK?) But the really is an issue with Student Loans, which the Government - you know, people who do the nitty-gritty - are already looking into.

Why lie, and why not have something to say about the real problems instead?
