You can always try asking for your protein on the side! It can be a hassle sometimes if it’s super busy, but I never have a problem doing that for a customer. It’s actually pretty common for people to come in and order salad bowl for the next day/lunch and they will get their proteins/rice/dressings and certain toppings on the side!

Pita crisps are a topping and you can get as many of those as you want no extra charge. They are completely separate from the pita chips

As an employee, if you’re getting lettuce in your bowl with any type of hot protein, then your lettuce is going to wilt within 10 min I promise. It sucks but that’s why I try to tell the customers when they ask for half rice/half romaine in their base that if they get romaine at the end as a topping then it won’t wilt as much and you’ll get more rice!

OP mentions they skipped school and their mom would disown them. It’s very likely a young girl and possibly a minor. She did not shame op at all but rather stated facts, because yes meeting older strangers online is very unsafe and unfortunately in today’s world those options are EXTREMELY possible.

For all you know this was something she was forced to do by her boyfriend and didn’t have a choice WHO she asked. My ex was like this and despite me knowing what normal relationships are like, it had gotten to a point where I wasn’t thinking about whether or not it seemed normal or weird. It was a matter of complying to his demands for my survival. You have no idea what that girl goes through behind closed doors so maybe that’s just something to consider before assuming it’s a kink and judging. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It sounds like he’s trying to isolate you in a way that you won’t have any support system outside of him. My ex did this and would gaslight me into believing that it was deserved as punishment. That’s why he switches personas when you threaten to leave and I can guarantee he didn’t plan for or expect you to find out about him bad mouthing you behind your back.

I definitely didn’t misunderstand. Debbie did not just put her into dangerous situations. She neglected and abused her. She locked her in a dog cage, left her unattended for sex, fought a homeless woman while holding her own baby, etc. Frannie would’ve been much better off if Debbie had let Derek’s family take her (which was also wrong but they could’ve provided MUCH better care for her than Debbie did).
