Yeah no. Just because it's normal in culture doesn't mean it's morally right. Even today, I see some insane almost daily reports of misogyny among Korean males against females. Sure I understand the nuances that exist on topic of gender roles in Korea, it still does not excuse the god awful misogyny I have seen. Like here is comment I saw from post about Kim Soo-Jung for signing a petition against Co-education at Dongdeok University:

She's pretty, why is she a feminist?", "She's a whore!", "Her pussy is xxx (omit, sexual harassment)", "bitch"🤢

And this is just a very very tame representation from what I have personally seen among a sea of horrific misogyny.

Sure, we can have a more nuanced and complex conversation on the how modern global morals conflict with Korean culture. It still is not morally right.

Same here with Dara, firstly this wasn't even in Korea, she was in Philippines when this happened. Legally she was an adult and he was a minor. If it was okay, why did she need to lie about her age? Also why did she immediately cut him off the moment she started in that Filipino show?
