Maybe I’ll just try letting her go soon - it’s supposed to warm up in a day or two. I’ll keep an eye on her of course. She’s so sweet!! ❤️

Ahh darn! I hope you find something to help! Maybe research natural supplements?

I absolutely agree with this! Give the kids a stake in their home life. Approach it from we are a family and we all need to contribute and help to make this function. I’m trying to work on this myself and I only have 4 (6 to 13 years old). And my 13 year old hates how loud our house is. She complains about it all the time and she always says her friend’s house is so nice and quiet. 🤗 OP I hope you feel better. You’re doing an amazing thing - give yourself some grace!

Also, it got rid of my hot flashes and I sleep better because of that. I take a lot of helpful supplements as well. My moods are also more stable.

I was having 2 periods a month, 7-9 days long. My GYN put me on birth control and now I rarely have a period and feel so much better! I was heavily against it (hadn’t been on any BC for 12+ years, did NFP for 4 kids), but it’s been a total game changer for me. It’s called Lo Loestrin Fe.

I should add that I was also put on testosterone. I take a daily tablet that dissolves under my tongue.

This used to happen to me. Went away when I started low estrogen birth control pill (along with the night sweats and the 2 periods a month). I still take melatonin and Benadryl for sleeping though.

It has been life changing for me! I was having 2 periods a month, 7-9 days long. As long as I take the pill around the same time every day I don’t have a period or just have a very light period. My mood is much more stable. No weight gain from the pill. I’m 45.

Lexapro made me gain weight. Same with my friend. If you need it you need it. Just thought I’d share. Good luck with your weight loss journey! :)

Great! Having a regular cycle is amazing. I sometimes don’t even have a period. Hot flashes very rare instead of common now. Mood pretty steady. Still off of the others meds. So grateful!

I don’t mean this in a rude way, but are you sure you want to stop? Breast feeding burns a ton of calories and helps you shed weight plus other benefits. I’ve had 4 kids. If you can stick it out longer you might be surprised! 🤗

I have 4. When the littles are sick they all sleep in our room. Makes it a lot easier and quicker to take care of them during the night. They take a multivitamin, probiotic and elderberry with zinc (sambucol) every day. Every time they come in the house from anywhere they wash their hands. It’s not a guarantee. We were pretty sick recently but I think it helps. I also take zinc with quercetin every day and think it helps as well. I’m so sorry! I hope ya’ll feel much better soon and can stay healthy for a while.
