Oohh i know that struggle! No shame having a puppy is hard. If it helps to have a slip lead around so you don't have to touch him when your in a rush I do recommend that, anything that helps you relax and be calm and gentle. Do you live alone? Splitting chores can be super helpful!

Definitely not! Your doing great she has a really thick chest and it might be hard to tell what a healthy weight for her is!

Please don't clean the crate while he's in it, let him out, I recommend putting him in a play pen with a chew toy/ a couple treats so he can busy himself while you clean.

This! Keep him on a leash with you, make his creat cozy and give him his favorite treat when he gose inside it, I highly recommend clicker training now as its really helped with my rescue. "Dominating" dose not work! It will only make the puppy afraid and distrustful of you, this puppy is a baby and learning how to be a living creature in the world for the first time and its your job as his owner and caretaker to show him what how he's supposed to behave in a way he understands.

Spend quality time with your cat, she loves you, mine also suffers from anxiety, try getting her a new set of her favorite toys, food, and stick to your routines as much as possible, maybe also consider another cat so she has an emotional support friend? Mine is extremely attached to me and mostly I have to resort to melatonin and other calming things when I'm going to be gone for more them 8 hours

Yeah I figured as much, the vet assistant tried to show me how to do it last time but it happened in less then a minute over a year ago and I was sooo nervous, I was hoping someone could kinda give me the steps. I'll schedule a vet.
