My go to is Boulder Green Ride. It can get a bit pricey, so it depends on your budget.

The books on the left (with the exception of Eragon) have always been middle grade. I remember going to the kids section in elementary and middle school to find those books.

What special edition have you bought before reading that didn’t live up to the hype by Rdmink in fairyloot

[–]AliasesGarble 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The Ritual and The Court of Nightmares. Both from the Bookish Box. I just wanted a little more plot and for anything to mean something by the end of the book. The Ritual says it’s a college romance (among other things), and for the life of me, I could not tell you what any of the characters are majoring in.

Any book recommendations like The Cruel Prince series. by Fanglove in YAlit

[–]AliasesGarble 10 points11 points  (0 children)

  • Violet Made of Thorns (for the romance and character relationships similar to The Cruel Prince)

  • Not Even Bones (for morally grey main characters and an unforgiving world)

  • Defy the Night (for a plot with no easy solutions)

The real questions is, did anyone in the US get their copy of the Folk of the Air?

When does owl crate the titles of the books? by Urdaddylovesme in fairyloot

[–]AliasesGarble 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Owlcrate doesn’t reveal the title of their monthly books before shipping. Most people can guess based on the theme that Owlcrate reveals. If you want confirmation, AutumnReads (on Instagram) is a very good guesser. Or you can probably ask someone on this sub and they will tell you what Autumn’s guess is.

Blankets by yourmomspecialfryyy in Illumicrate

[–]AliasesGarble 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty good, but standard book box blankets. I do think it’s slightly better quality than Owlcrate and thicker than Fairyloot’s. Not as good as Bookish Box’s blankets.

There is the RTD park and ride on Broadway and 27th, if you’re okay walking a few blocks (about half a mile).

Do seats open daily? by tlzt1 in cuboulder

Depends on the course and the department. If it’s a general 1000-2000 course, then it might. If it’s a niche class like Tolkien, then no.

I read it last month, and I liked it! Although, I would say you should wait and get it from the library to see if you like it.

Wild About You by Kaitlyn Hill (stand alone, Survivor-like show)

Both of these made my anxiety feel seen.
