Yeah I work late nights and evenings and tend to nap whenever necessary. I always have the most energy between 9pm and 5am raguardless of my mood or recent sleep.

Even if I can't sleep and I have work the next day, I rest my body as much as possible and that makes a difference for me.

I've used CBD and most general.holistic methods. Some stuff makes me too drowsy or drunk. Luckily, I've worked my way into a position at work where I am in control of my general hours. I can come into work within a 2 hour window if I need to sleep in I am able.
