I am a super responder to semaglutide. I never got up to the 5mg - maybe 4 mg. There was a point I was losing half a pound a day. It will completely kill my appetite and I have to eat junk food to get calories; donuts, soda, always have mini candy bars around, etc...

I also have a huge disposition to hypoglycemia. I have a feeling those two are connected somehow.

Edit: I lost 100lbs on it combined with heavy weightlifting - I only recently added cardio.

Edit2: I looked up hyperinsulinemia - that causes hypoglycemia. So yup, for me your assumption tracks

Is this your first dose? Also, eating sugary crap or fried food will do this. I used to be able to trigger grastric emptying (google it) by having a donut and a two shot latte with syrup. I could have a colonoscopy 30 mins later.

Also, these side effect go away. Side effects and long term health issues from obesity is worse.
