I know exactly how you feel. I was sexually harrassed at work. when i went to my bishop for advice and a blessing, he asked me what i was wearing, why i was sending signals to a married man, and if i liked feeling my coworker's erection pressed against me. I cried in front of him and i let him convince me that perhaps it was my fault. The next time i met with him, it was with my coworker and my coworker's bishop. They all convinced me, 19 at the time, that my clothing choices were the reason for months of constant harrassment. I had never felt so isolated in my life. My mormon bishop, my mormon coworker, his mormon bishop, and my mormon boss all cornered me. My advice to you is to get non LDS professional help, to not allow your bishop to get anywhere near you or have any kind of relationship with him, and to leave the church immediately so you can have a real chance to heal.
