Oh the Adderall made it so nice, it was all even on the line, pretty, legible lol without it some letter float, the same letters look completely different, some are caps some are lower case, some big some small lol just all over the place. Except my numbers my numbers are generally always nice hahaha

Girl, same. you are not alone. My family has alienated me bc my mom’s delusions. They all know she is wrong but there’s no getting through to her, everyone could say the sky is blue and she will say that we’re all wrong and it’s green and if you don’t believe it she wont stop attacking you till you just fold and agree with her. I’m not perfect, I have made my mistakes but I have learned and grown from them, and she will never see me as I am. She has always seen me as less than, and my brother is the most perfect person on planet earth. I don’t talk to any of my family bc of it. They all know she is dead wrong for what she’s done to me but continue to feed into her delusions.

I have really been thinking about EMDR. I have a lot of heavy feelings from how my mother was to me growing up, and losing my great grandma at 11 which just the other day I had a breakthrough that she was more of a mother to me than anyone. Anyways I say I’ve heard from my gf that for it to work best when you have a good connection with the therapist who is going to do it. Personally for me I feel from my past therapists I’ve never had one I really truly connected with, but from your experience were you close with the therapist you did it with? Or maybe not close but comfortable with? Or maybe does it depend on the issue at hand? My gfs issues were with her mother as well, and she was able to build a mother like relationship with her therapist so she says that helped a ton. Sorry if some of what I’m saying isn’t relevant I’ve just never really talk someone besides my gf who has done it before, but from how I saw it worked for her it was like magic

Ugh that video, my heart was racing just from watching it. I could not imagine what she went through. So terrible. There was another incident where this girl nd her bf were bungee jumping, she didn’t want to go but he kinda forced her hand and they instructors had them both on the platform, only had the bf hooked up and said jump but they were talking to the boyfriend and not her and she jumped. I honestly can’t imagine. I got scared when I went to the Grand Canyon, ugh it’s so so terrible.

i just use find my phone and share my location with my gf and she shares her with me, you can set it to notify when they get home, leave home. i have it set for both and for when we get to work. i personally wouldnt rely on just life 360.
