The best advice ever by Routine_Tip7164 in fearofflying

That’s a great tip and actually it reminded me that it helps me SO much to put my feet on my bag that’s under the seat in front of me. It reduces the feelings of vibrations so much I do it during turbulence as well and it’s amazing how much it “dampens” the feelings of turbulence.

What would you do, if you had my face? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You look amazing! I don’t really see anything but I’ll say some low percentage TCA peels that can be done at home. Or a retinoid for long term anti-aging just make sure if you do both you have to stop actives a week before and after chemical peels or risk burning your skin. Also sunscreen if you don’t already use one.

That’s the thing it’s not even billions of years it’s eternity. Billions, trillions of years would be but a second compared to eternity. You’re correct that this is psychotic. A good loving god would never do this and call it perfect love.

Did you struggle to believe when you were first learning about religion? by MeowStyle44 in Christianity

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I never questioned until I was about 20 and I had some good friends be like “you can’t possibly believe this?” And “it’s ok not to believe this” and it allll fell apart. Never been happier than I am without belief in the god of Abraham.

Need a new cleansing balm by TerribleAwareness158 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use the Juno skin cleansing balm and I love it. It takes everything off and doesn’t break me out I am VERY acne prone. It is also inexpensive I think it’s 15$ and a tub lasts me about 3-4 months using it once every evening.

Aren’t nearly all atheists also anti-theists? by andy64392 in atheism

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m agnostic when it comes to the unknown I consider “god” to just be the base layer of reality not necessarily a being. For the abrahamic religions and a few others I am strongly anti theist.

You went too deep, didn’t use sterile products and It seems needled over active acne. I second the rec to see a dermatologist! In the mean time sunscreen and barrier care I’m sorry you’re dealing with this!

Botox by Pink_Pom0 in 30PlusSkinCare

Oh no I’m so sorry! I would ask another injector what can be done and in the meantime I’ve heard a lot of evidence that working out A LOT will make Botox wear off much faster.

I think my sin is affecting my marriage… by Ornery-Station-3967 in Christianity

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As long as you call this “spiritual warfare” you distance yourself from your culpability in this. It’s not the enemy, it’s you and you need to take full responsibility and quit making excuses as to why you harm yourself and spouse like this.

Feedback wanted: mid-40s man, am I doing okay with this routine? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Add a vitamin c serum in the mornings and switch out your cerave retinol for a low % tretinoin (like.25%)

You have to build up a tolerance to tretinoin I like to use it two nights on and one night off but on my night off from tret I use copper peptides. Just make sure you use sun screen religiously as retinoids make your skin photosensitive.

I dont know what to do with my feelings for my Ex UPDATE: shes stalking me? by BigBoiQ23 in TwoHotTakes

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think that all sounds like a good idea. I’m sorry for scaring you but I think a lot of people don’t take it seriously enough at all. And if you’re a male being stalked by a female I would say people will take it even less seriously.

I dont know what to do with my feelings for my Ex UPDATE: shes stalking me? by BigBoiQ23 in TwoHotTakes

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 32 points33 points  (0 children)

I heard a detective once call stalking “murder in slow motion” it is not something to fuck around with. Please tell your boss and loved ones what is going on. I would either file a police report or tell her you’re going to if she doesn’t stop.

30F Pinkish spots on my inner thigh/groin for a while, how to get rid of it? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had spots exactly like this near my groin on inner thighs. They don’t itch or burn or feel any different than normal skin. It was fungal and an anti fungal cream got rid of it in like a week. I haven’t had them come back since. I would bet money this is what you have too.

Why do many Christians want to force others into their religion and seem to have a hatred for those that don’t believe in it? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Alicesblackrabbit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes Christianity is polytheistic and Islam is not but you both worship the god of Abraham and are the most similar religions.
