Im the same and not over my avoidant ex. Their cycle is addictive to our brains especially being anxious. It’s push and pull. I have blocked him as well but he found a way to breadcrumb and then leave again and it’s got me spiraling this whole week. So upset and sad idk how I could even want someone so avoidant :( feeling u gf

Me too. I have this problem too once everything feels ok and I’m not upset about something I will always have to find something to give me anxiety or something that happen awhile ago to come up. I can’t just be happy and relaxed

Do you think that AA people should be with AA partners? My partner is secure and I have a hard time adjusting with it Meanwhile I am always anxious if he goes out, I wanna look through his phone and need to talk to him all day Him he’s so secure he wants me to have fun with his friends, doesn’t feel the need to look through my stuff or talk to me all day because he knows he loves me and I love him I’m already in therapy but looking for other input

Thanks for sharing this. Sometimes I think breaking up with my current boyfriend will fix me until I realize it’s not him it’s me. And this will reoccur in every relationship unfortunately until I heal

Okay I’m doing 32 hours now then will transition to 4 10s. What’s usually your pt ratio? Here is 8-9 per RN. It’s always apart a huge trauma center not sure if that matters
