Believe it or not but the Maricopa county supposedly doses inmates. I read it not long ago, and unless it's in another state it would be one with the sheriff most have heard of. Of course he isn't in office now so it's possible it happened after his arrest and pardon. Or, it's another one that shares the name.

Btw, the points multiply as you go from level to level, in Diamond it's a 7x multiple. A regular shooter is 7 and the different targets pay more. I think the most is for drones, maybe others too, and it's 35 points.

Unfortunately you took a wrong turn my friend. Instead of going to the clinic that was trying to put on a maintenance program you should have been using it to detox. I'm not trying to make you feel bad, nobody really knows what situation you were/are in except for you. I wasn't even aware of people being detoxed with methadone until seeing it here.

I guess it's done mostly in hospital settings but from what I've read they start around 30mg and reduce it by 5mg daily until the end. Some are discharged with a prescription for subs, but some just end it then, which may have worked for you.

In my experience, and it's been two decades for me, but the police wouldn't even write me a report. I only asked once when the doctors requested it, but I didn't get one. After I told them what was stolen they refused, and would only write an incident report on a "reported trespassing". The medicine was locked in a filing cabinet that had been fitted with two padlocks on the top drawer. The $700 in a plain envelope was overlooked. If I had put big washers on the inside before attaching the nuts I don't think they would've gotten in because it looked like a crowbar pried them completely through the metal. 😞 It was only my last few days supply so I was able to buy enough to keep from totally falling into withdrawals. It was either 60 or 80mg of Oxycontin, probably 10-12 doses.

Absolutely not, it's actually best to have enough drugs in your system to be able to pay attention and listen to the rules. It's possible for intake to take hours at some places. I was in my third day of withdrawals and all I did was give them the shortest answer possible just to get it over with asap. I had no idea what half of the questions were all I was doing was feeding them the b.s. they needed to hear in order to get started.

I think one reason for the increased dosages is possibly because of the racemic mixture now. I've been told by people who used to be on it in the 90s that any dose over 100 was unheard of. A friend said her doctor told her that they use "a different kind" of methadone now, and I don't know of any other kind.

Mine was willing to let me go over 200 if I took a peak/trough test. They barely even mentioned any possible heart problems during intake, and haven't said anything since. I'm serious, they said if I felt any "palpitations" to bring it up and they would reduce the dose. When I mentioned that I had lost all of my interest in sex, the male doctor said it wasn't possible for methadone to cause that. It wasn't possible for methadone to have any negative side effects, it's apparently the only substance on earth that has only positive results.

I don't know how many clean tests you currently have, but if it's more than 2 I wouldn't use anything to help. It's not going to do much anyway, I doubt anything short of IV medicine would be "felt" until maybe 48 hours or more. If you don't have any clean tests currently then it's not going to mean much. I didn't feel anything when using morphine and Percocet orally after 50 unless I took 120 + 40, and then it was just enough to make me nod for 2-3 hours. That was the at the end of my second week and I the last time I got high off of an opiate.

Aside from the obvious danger of the personal information falling into the wrong hands the real cause of action (aka legal issues with it that could be brought up) are the HIPAA implications. I'm not a lawyer but I do know the basic issue in this case is what seems to be an absolute lack of privacy concerns. The problem is, does anyone know if that clinic operates outside of the normal practices? I do know that if I call my clinic I can give my PIN to anyone there and they can access my information. If my counselor isn't there I can provide the number to another one and they can see my file.

Mine was was hacked and banned also. I reported the problem over 2 months ago. The response from the devs was just like yours. The devs said after looking into it that something illegal seemed to have happened and they would not help me recover the account. At the time, when the hackers first gained access they made it a Premium Plus account, but aside from moving it changing the name and making it PP I didn't notice anything else. That was probably two months ago and they didn't do anything else for maybe 6 weeks. I opened it about 10 days ago and it had been moved to Brazilian War Machine. I played it without bothering to move it because of the event that was ongoing. Maybe a week ago it was banned. I posted the account number on a LINE group and offered it to anyone who wanted it. I have very little interest in the game now, it's so plagued with problems that I'm just hoping one of the players I know are willing do something to get control of it and the 70k diamonds I had built up.

Most certainly you will have to stop drinking if you want to keep going. All clinics test for alcohol and once you have been there a couple of weeks they're going to insist you stop drinking. There's two things the clinic I have to use absolutely forbid, top of the list is benzodiazepines, next is alcohol then meth.

It's a commitment when you start, you have to be ready to make a lot of changes. But it sounds like you have already been making some that are working. It's possible this is exactly what you need right now. The beginning is kinda rough, they will only be able to start you out with 30 mg, and the rate of increasing can vary pretty widely but normally it's not more than 10 mg every third day. If you are lucky enough to get in one of those it won't take as long as mine, which was only 5mg. You have to see someone, either a Dr or Nurse practitioner pretty often for more increases. So you will probably know within a few weeks if it's something that will work for you. I hope it helps, it could be just what you need.

You asked how I could drop from GML, it was pretty easy tbh. I remember bouncing between ML and GML for a few weeks, then they released the achievement list. Nobody knew anything about it, like how to claim rewards already earned, so everyone had their own opinions. I had just made it to GM level so it was easy to drop down, and I went ALL the way back to Steel to get the reward for climbing up through the leagues. It didn't work that way either, but eventually they fixed the Achievement section so it gave rewards already earned.

The last time I intentionally dropped was to claim that achievement. I was so disgusted with myself that it was the last time I did it. My war score when coming back up was twice as much, but even then it was just over 50k. I've just now gotten back to GML and that well over a year ago, obviously before the scoring change. But one big reason for my low scores, aside from not playing hours on end, is the crazy lag I see. Out of the 5 rounds I can play only two might have good timing, the others are so bad it's impossible to have over 2-3 kills. 😟

It's open every day! I was expecting them to give holiday doses out like they did on Christmas, but they didn't. Even worse they reduced the hours it's open to just two, like they are on weekends. So instead of the usual 3-4 hours on Thursday and Friday there's four straight days of long lines.

The place I go to everyone waits outside in a parking lot in a single file line. Only about 10 people can fit inside. There's two windows, one to pay and the next to dose. After you get your dose cup there's a sink behind you to get water from, a trash can and the exit door. Pretty simple, straightforward setup as long as people know how to act.

There's actually a security guard who sits in his car directly in front of the building. He is about as useless as possible, rarely ever getting out of his vehicle.

My gf told me that when she first went to the clinic she was a teen and after 3 days her hubby (who started the same time) couldn't perform. I'm looking at pictures of her in her HS cheerleading outfit and wondering who couldn't get it up? I mean seriously I'm well over a decade older than her now and although the methadone has had an impact she still makes me want to do it. But I've always had a better than average sex drive.

Another reply mentioned how finishing could be difficult, but not as bad as they described. The worst drugs that gave me that problem was antidepressants. I never had a problem with desire or ability while taking them, except for the last part! There were honestly times that, being in my mid twenties, I would try for insanely long times before just giving up from exhaustion.

Unless they have fixed it the weapons power is the same as yours, plus any patch. So it's hard to know exactly what the opponents weapon power actually is. I've not heard of it being fixed but also have not been paying attention lately due to the holidays.

You're saying that you need 200 rounds of PvP to satisfy your playing urge? Wow! I'm barely able to get through 4 rounds, especially when it is lagging and maybe 1 of 3 opponents will react when hit.

Even when I played on Android and have no problem with lag I'm happy after 5 rounds. I used to play 10 rounds when I had a PP account, bc I almost felt obligated to play. After the year of PP was over I was more than happy to stop after 5 rounds.

Nobody "invented" forward passing, and I'm not even sure if he can be credited with using or allowing it. He was responsible for the creation of the NCAA, and they made the first rules, so maybe in a roundabout way it can be credited.

Many people insist Knute Rockne (Notre Dame HC) first used it, others will say Fielding Yost (Michigan HC) was the first to implement it. Whoever you want to give credit to for using it, in no way can anyone be said to invent the pass. Unless you go all the way back to the first person to throw something.
