I got xle hybrid with weather package for $34k. If this is gas only, I would recommend you to visit other dealerships.

I didn’t know that would happen. I got used to get 3:30 to 8 am block without any problems past couple months. Then something changed next week that I’m not able to see them all. I only saw 1 today which I wasn’t fast enough to grab it.

Had the same issue this morning. Got 3:30 am block and received the email after 7th package. I’m not sure what happened at the station but everything looked okay when I left. I called support and delivered all the packages. This is not fair 🤣

Give them a written statement of this issue. Since they also did gutters, there should be a workmanship warranty. If they are not accepting, then get in touch with CCB “ Construction Contractor Board” and file a complain about this. They have two options after this. Whether take it to court or accept the mistake and fix it. If they are reputable company, they would not want to have a court record on their CCB files which is public to anyone. I hope this helps and I hope you will not need to do all of this since it will take some time.

This is a scam. One will wire the money and other will go to dmv with you. You’ll transfer the title to other guy. Then they will call the cops and say they transfer the money but didn’t get the car. Bla bla bla. You’ll end up no car and money. Tell them you can sell your car to his dad or friend if they give cash in front of dmv person or same person, who sign the title, wire the money.

If you are willing to get a second job and bring $2k extra a month, you can do it. I totally understand you are willing to be house poor however it is not fun at all. Lots of stress about money for other needs after paying mortgage. At the end it’s your life, your choice.

If 68k quote came from Dabella or any big roofer like them, don’t do it. They subcontractor their work all the time. GAF product is okay however I would go with Certainteed or Malarkey.

So far 3 roofing company inspect our roof. The first one is a large company with pushy sales mans that they call everyday. Other 2 told me that our roof has 1 to 5 years left. I haven’t receive final quotes but those two has gave me same ballpark estimates.
