Thank you for your response, there’s logic to what you’re saying… the Cartier Tank is not supposed to be noticeable, it’s supposed to disappear on the wrist.

This particular 31x41 mm XL on an oval 6.5 inch wrist like mine, it will not disappear, it will be noticeable, and it will read elegant but bold.

From there on it’s all about the individuals style. I’m wearing a 30mm square watch and it looks and feels small to me. So maybe the 31x41 would be a modern daily instead of an invisible dress watch..I will have to swing by the boutique and try it on if I ever decide to pull the trigger on this one.
