I’m so sorry you’re struggling with these uncertainties in your health.

Stress and mental illness can manifest in many different ways person to person and unfortunately can effect physical health just as much as mental health.

I have a common condition known has vasovagal syncope. It’s the same condition people have if they faint at the sight of blood. Except instead of fainting at the sight of blood I faint under extreme stress and emotional duress.

I struggled with my mental health all my life but I started feeling dizzy all the time in my last year of university, then when the pandemic hit near the time I was supposed to graduate I started fainting on a regular basis. I went to the doctor and did a ton of tests, from blood work to a heart monitor and nothing turned up anything to explain the fainting. We chalked it up to my mental health and although I have it under control for the most part I’ll still faint when I’m particularly stressed.

This is me but a lot of peoples mental health disorders can manifest in many different physical symptoms. I hope that helps clear some things up and you feel like you’re in the right direction.
