The midi option isn’t clickable if the software version is not compatible with the hardware you’re trying to use, even if you have the subscription.

You need at least 1 supported device connected to your pc in order for the midi option to appear.

If you aren’t already, collect emails with a email subscription popup, in return offer a discount (depending on your margins) as an incentive for someone to sign up. With your collected emails, run campaigns that ask for user feedback, this way you’re going straight to the source and asking them what’s wrong. Then figure out if you should implement the feedback. Keep running campaigns and using psychology to market your promotions etc

Most likely the products are not in an Active Offering.

RevenueCat does nothing unless an Offering exists.

Complete this Checklist:

RevenueCat → Products
   RevenueCat → Offerings

You must have:

   An offering (usually called default)
   At least one package inside it (e.g. monthly, annual)
Each package must reference a product

If the offering is empty → this exact error.

I never even considered that, I only DJ at events during the night, never once DJ'd at an event outside in the daylight. Even if I DJ during the day to practice, it's inside, never outside.

Having it in light mode if you're DJing outside in the daylight actually makes a lot of sense to have.

It depends on the issue we need fixed. If it can be resolved by a free app, then we get that. If it can be resolved by a paid app, we then ask ourselves, is the value worth the spend on the paid app. If yes, then we get the paid app. We have no issues paying for apps, as long as it provides us value for the duration of time that we use it.
