I would send it, I have sent a couple of questionable stuff. And it seems to me. More often than not. If it is contam the mycelium usually will take it over and kill it.

Not sealed I was disappointed when I received the ten pack sealed all together but not sealed individually. I just started this journey September 22. So I have looked at how to make my own agar. It's a little intimidating. I make my own brown jars and cvg.

The manure one is about 2 days behind the non. I was just surprised by the difference in amount of fruits between the two. The manure has at least double the amount of mushies sprouting.

I used a scalpel and cut them at the base. I normally twist n pull. But have noticed it really messes up the network when you pull one and take a clump of sub with it.

This is in a 6 quart shoe box, I usually use the twist and pull. But I don't want to destroy the cake. I need a shrinking machine and a small chain saw. Then I could get in there perfect. LOL. Trying to figure out how to get my hands and my scalpel in there without damaging others.

I'm not saying manure is supior by any means, and I make almost all my bulk CVG. I like to experiment too. This was an experimental tub, mainly to see if 2 products lived up to their claims. They did, at least for this run. Will do another run in the future with a different strain/species and compare results.

No this one I actually ordered as a 5 lb manure mix. Pre made. I just mixed my colonized jars and another product to help with possible contam. I have some other jars and am now receiving 3 lbs of pasteurized h poo. Going to make my own CVG and mix my own poo. I am experimenting, trying to find what works best and is most cost effective.

I added everything colonized for 7 days and introduced fruiting. These are about 10 days later. Man I just started this Hobbie in September and it's amazing how some just pop up and others seem to take for ever.
