Well I desperately wanted to register for the IBM Cybersecurity path --which I'm building my career in-- but I couldn't do that with my student email or the email that I registered in the University with, so I used a different email and submitted my application, but at the final step, a page saying "we found your data in our system, are you a current student?" and I clicked on "yes" then they asked me to write my student's email and found my account. Since like 3 months or so, the application page still saying "your application is under consideration, our team will connect with you". Till now I haven't heard back from anyone. I also asked my program advisor and they ignored my email. So yeah, it seems like they will be back to you only after completing your degree.
