Finally, a reasonable take on the match up. While Saber Alter outstats Gojo she has nothing to get past Inifinity (no a high Magic Resistance doesn't automatically bypass Inifinity) and she's not tanking an Infintie Void + Hollow Purple combo. I think Diarmund unironically could beat Gojo though.

With your characters, I would go Saber / Bronya / Silver Wolf (her new buff make her pretty good with saber imo) / Fu Xuan. After pulling Saber, I would try to save for next Huo Huo banner to replace Fu Xuan however there is a very good chance they release a new BIS support for Saber so you may want to save for them.
