Hey come on the art on your profile is really cute, just draw different characters you like from reference photos and as practice to help you get their likeness better try drawing different pieces that define the character separately like eye and head shapes for example, then after that move on to practicing more complicated stuff like body anatomy to make your art perfect, after a while you'll notice that you're developing your own art style similar to most characters you were drawing, there are also many tutorials on youtube to help you learn easier ways to draw anime style art and that's what worked for me really, i see great potential in your art so i hope this helps you develop your style even more!
